Payment and Shipping

In Trendbolt online shop you can buy products available for sale, inquire about 'sold out' products and place your custom order.

The following payment options are available:

  • Credit card 
  • PayPal 
  • Cash on delivery (only in Budapest and Hungary): Full price paid to GLS courier in cash. 

After order/payment is accepted you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address. 

We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

Shipping fee to EU countries: 8 EUR. Products are shipped in 1-3 business days after payment. Free shipping for orders above 120 Euro.

Guarantee, Returns, Replacement and Refunds

Guarantee is provided in accordance with applicable EU laws. Guarantee is valid if product is used for its intended purpose and according to technical specifications. If replacement of faulty product is not possible, you may choose to request refund. 

In accordance with EU laws, client may return the product and request refund within 14 days after purchase. The product is to be returned in its original, undamaged condition together with all the contents of the package to the address: Baydak E.V. Angyal utca 32 1094 Budapest Hungary. The cost of return shipping is paid by the client. 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, and request refund within 14 days of receiving your order. In the latter case we kindly request you to provide information and photos/video, explaining the reason for refund request. If you wish to return the product you must notify TrendBolt of your intention with message sent to e-mail: info@trendbolt.eu.

In case your product is damaged during delivery we kindly request you to inform us about it with the photos within two days of receipt, otherwise replacement/refund can be diffucult.

Please note, that in case of orders paid in cash upon delivery (in Hungary only), refund can only be transferred to client’s bank account, and the fees of such transfer are paid by the client.
