After your order is shipped you receive a notification containing tracking No and link to tracking updates.
Depending on the country, delivery takes 3-14 working days.
Please note that tracking and receiving the order is customer’s responsibility, and we kindly request you to check tracking updates not to miss your package.
You can also track the order in your local post’s tracking service using the No specified in the shipping notification, or use a tracking aggregator, for example such as this one.
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempt most postal services keep your parcel for 7-10 workdays, after which it is returned to sender. Please note that if your order is returned to sender as unclaimed/not collected, 20% fee is withheld from a refund.
